		<description>I agree with Scott.  There are a lot of sellers out there that really abused the Feedback system.  However, what I don't get is why eBay chose such an all or nothing solution.  Scott illustrated one good way to solve this problem.  There are many other good solutions.  But eBay went with the totalitarian route.  

I think eBay is eventually going to be marginalized by someone that handles auctions in a safe way that is fair to both the buyers and the sellers...</description>

		<description>I actually felt there was a need for change, but my thought was that the seller should have to leave their feedback before the buyer could leave there's.  The reason why I liked this idea is I frequently had sellers actually wait to leave my feedback until I posted mine and it was clear there were doing this to leave themselves an opportunity to retaliate if I left them a Negative regardless of the fact that I paid instantly and did nothing wrong.</description>
